Campus management
Campus management
In recent years, we have also specialized in the management of large-scale campuses. The mostly international tenants of the large-scale furnished campuses in combination with the communal areas require a specific tailor-made approach in terms of development, design, rental and management. Our goal is to make tenants feel at home as quickly as possible and become part of the community feeling. We are present in the complexes every day, where personal contact is central.
Thinking partner from A to Z: In addition to taking care of the rental and daily management, we also like to be involved in the development of the project from the start. Our years of experience in (student) housing and enthusiasm guarantee unique market knowledge and a ‘no nonsense’ working method. We therefore provide (un)solicited advice to achieve an optimal product in terms of rentability, return and manageability.
Wauwhaus Campus
The transformation of the former Europahave office building into a high-quality student campus was completed in August 2020. At the beginning of 2019, we were approached by real estate developer CORES Development to take over the rental and management of the yet to be realized ‘Wauwhaus Campus’ in Maastricht. It now serves as the example for many parties of a successful campus concept in Maastricht.
All homes were rented within one month in the summer of 2020. Due to the construction work and corona measures, no physical viewings could take place, everything was rented on the basis of videos, 3D animations and 360° tours.

The Ed Campus
The former Apart Hotel Randwyck was acquired by real estate developer Zinc Real Estate in 2023. The entire complex is undergoing renovation to meet modern standards while preserving its distinctive character. Sustainability upgrades aim to achieve an energy label A, alongside the creation of unique communal spaces. The Ed is projected to be completed by mid-August 2024.

Koningspleinflat Campus
During the A2 tunnelling project, we leased the ‘Municipal Flat’ in Maastricht to students for 8 years.
When we took over the management of the building, it was in a dilapidated state. For many local residents, the flat and its surroundings were an eyesore. The apartments were often squatted and/or in poor condition, with drug use prevalent. In collaboration with the client Ballast-Nedam (Avenue2), a decision was made to establish a temporary student campus. We achieved an occupancy rate of 99.3%, improved the quality of life in the neighbourhood and minimized disruption from the A2 tunnelling project for the tenants.
